What’s the difference between EMDR and other forms of therapy?
Many people come to EMDR after finding that talk therapy helped them gain insight but didn't fully shift how they felt. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, tapping, or alternating tones) to support the brain's natural ability to process difficult experiences. This can help reduce the emotional impact of the past so you can respond with more flexibility and feel less stuck in the present.
What is your cancellation policy?
